La C\u00e1mara Chileno Brit\u00e1nica de Comercio realiz\u00f3 la primera actividad 2026 de su Comit\u00e9 Legal, titulada \u201cLos DO\u2019s y DON\u2019Ts en el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial\u201d, instancia que convoc\u00f3 a socios de la C\u00e1mara en torno a los principales desaf\u00edos y oportunidades que plantea la IA en el contexto legal y empresarial actual.<\/p>\n

El encuentro, desarrollado en formato de conversatorio, permiti\u00f3 abordar tem\u00e1ticas clave como la usabilidad de las tecnolog\u00edas para niveles productivos de la empresa, la necesidad de avanzar hacia una gobernanza tecnol\u00f3gica estrat\u00e9gica y la importancia de contar con liderazgos con visi\u00f3n digital en distintos \u00e1mbitos organizacionales. Asimismo, se profundiz\u00f3 en la incorporaci\u00f3n de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial en procesos de recursos humanos y en la relevancia de estudiar estas materias de forma intencionada y continua.<\/p>\n

La actividad fue moderada por la presidenta del Comit\u00e9 Legal, Paola Cifuentes, y cont\u00f3 con las exposiciones de Victoria Hurtado, abogada tech, Directora de Microsystem SA, Consejera del Instituto de Estudios Judiciales y Consejera del Chile-California Council, y Sebasti\u00e1n Foldvary, HR M\u00e9xico Director de IBM. Ambos speakers aportaron una mirada experta desde la intersecci\u00f3n entre el \u00e1mbito legal, el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico y la gesti\u00f3n de personas.<\/p>\n

Esta primera sesi\u00f3n del a\u00f1o marca el inicio de una agenda que busca seguir promoviendo espacios de di\u00e1logo y reflexi\u00f3n en torno a los desaf\u00edos emergentes que enfrentan las organizaciones, reafirmando el compromiso de BritCham Chile con el uso responsable, informado y estrat\u00e9gico de la Inteligencia Artificial.<\/p>\n
