Complete success at the 7th Women Leaders Summit

Santiago, August 21, 2025 – With more than 250 attendees, the 7th Women Leaders Summit was held, bringing together prominent figures from the business, academic, and social worlds to discuss inspiration, leadership, and gender equality.
The event, hosted by journalist Amaro Gómez-Pablos, featured welcoming remarks from Her Excellency, the British Ambassador to Chile, Louise De Sousa, and a presentation by Patricia Alrringo, President of the National Association of Women Journalists of Chile (ANMPE), who presented the Second Study of Women Journalists on Gender Equality and Artificial Intelligence.
In this edition, ten women leaders shared their experiences and reflections in two panel discussions:
Women leading the Artificial Intelligence revolution: designing a more inclusive future.
Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: regaining confidence and a sense of belonging.
Pilar Acevedo Gutiérrez (ENGIE Chile), Jaqueline Gómez Méndez (FEN – Universidad Finis Terrae), Francisca Castillo (Neocrop Technologies), Paulina Silva (BITLAW), and Anna Paulina Oemick (A3S) shared their outstanding experiences in the first panel of the afternoon.
While Isabel Alliende (BICECORP), María Belén Araya (Unilever Chile), Magdalena Zapata (L’Oréal Group in Chile), Paula Daza Narbona (Center for Public Policy and Innovation in Health – CIPS UDD), and Carmen Gloria Larenas (Municipal de Santiago – Chilean National Opera) participated in the second panel of the event.
The Summit also offered attendees a raffle with attractive prizes, courtesy of the collaborators, as well as live music by DJ iLssen Ferrufino.
