Santiago, September 2025 – The Mercer Chile 2025 Forum, organized by our partner Mercer, was held with great success under the title Cultivating Productivity: People Together with Algorithms. The meeting brought together leaders from the business, academic, and social sectors to address Chile’s main productivity challenges, a key factor in advancing toward higher levels of economic development.
The event was opened by Daniel Nadborny, President of Mercer Chile, who also moderated the panel “Towards Sustainable Productivity: Dialogue Between Sectors,” with the participation of National Councilor Ricardo Calderón and representatives from Inchcape and Cencosud.
Likewise, economist and academic Raphael Bergoeing addressed the country’s productive challenge, noting that as Chile approaches the ranks of higher-income countries, productivity becomes increasingly relevant, and it is essential to advance sustainable improvements to consolidate this growth.
The Forum also included three simultaneous sessions: Investing in Well-being Multiplies Results; Humans and Algorithms Facing the Productive Challenge: Collaboration or Competition?; and Adapt and Prosper: Financial Well-being as a Productive Driver. The event concluded with a presentation by TRS Mercer, providing market outlook for 2025 and the 2026 agenda.
This meeting reaffirms the commitment of Mercer and BritCham Chile to creating spaces for dialogue and reflection that contribute to strengthening productivity and sustainable development in the country.
