The event brought together authorities, business leaders, and representatives from various industries at the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center (GAM) to address the challenges and opportunities of women’s leadership.

The 8th Women Leaders Summit was held on August 27th at the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center (GAM), drawing a large and enthusiastic crowd.

Organized jointly by the Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce, the Chilean-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, and the Chilean-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the Summit established itself as a forum for dialogue on the main challenges and opportunities facing women in leadership positions today.

The event featured the participation of the Minister of Health, Dr. May Chomali, and the Minister of Women and Gender Equity, Judith Marín, who shared their perspectives with prominent leaders from the business and professional sectors.

Through its various panels and discussions, the 8th Summit addressed topics such as the care economy, well-being, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and professional development, sharing experiences, lessons learned, and new perspectives on women’s leadership.

The event also provided opportunities for exchange and networking among representatives from different organizations and industries, strengthening ties and fostering new conversations about the development and participation of women in the workplace and business world.
