Chile Carbon Forum 2025 begins with the participation of authorities and BritCham Chile as a strategic ally

October 7 ,2025

With the presence of the Minister of the Environment, Maisa Rojas, and the Minister of Energy, Diego Pardow, the Chile Carbon Forum 2025 kicked off today. The event will take place at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Chile on Tuesday, October 7th and Wednesday, October 8th.

The forum brings together representatives from the public and private sectors, academia, and civil society, and includes master classes, panels, and workshops on the main challenges facing achieving carbon neutrality. Topics include the transformation of the transportation sector in the region, the key role of women in decarbonization, the management of environmental credits through blockchain technology, and the importance of innovation and new technologies in climate change mitigation and adaptation.

Throughout its development, the Chile Carbon Forum seeks to establish itself as a space for dialogue and collaboration among multiple stakeholders, with the goal of promoting concrete solutions that accelerate the transition to a cleaner, more resilient, and equitable future.

Within this framework, the British-Chilean Chamber of Commerce (BritCham Chile) is participating as a strategic partner of the event, in line with its mission to contribute to the sustainability agenda and promote initiatives that strengthen climate action in the country.
