The British chamber of commerce didn’t want to miss the opportunity to commemorate International Women’s Day 2023. Together with the Technology, Innovation and Science Committee (TIC) and the Human Capital Committee, we conducted a campaign that featured women from the UK and Chile, from the past to and present. This year’s theme promotes “An inclusive digital world: Innovation and technology for gender equality” (see the campaign here).

In order to achieve this, we organized an event on Thursday, March 9, on the 17th floor of the Hotel Plaza El Bosque. Here, female members of the Chamber and other special guests were invited to participate in an interactive activity led by coach Arnoldo Cisternas, Organizational Consultant / specialist in organisational transformation and cultural change in the world of business, education and health.

We were also welcomed by Joanna Pérez, President of the TIC committee, who introduced the innovation topic for this year. The presentation was followed by enriching group conversations accompanied by food and drinks.
