The Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce held its Human Capital Committee planning meeting this week, where members defined the main themes that will guide the committee’s work in 2026. For next year, four priority areas were agreed upon: challenges and opportunities in the advancement of AI use, training, diversity and inclusion (with an emphasis on women’s leadership), and the legal framework in the area of human resources. These guidelines will allow the committee’s initiatives to focus on the issues with the greatest impact on organizations and their teams.
During the meeting, potential activities for next year were also reviewed, including panel discussions, specialized workshops, and meetings with experts. Speaker profiles were also proposed to provide innovative and comparative perspectives on global trends in human capital.
BritCham Chile extends an open invitation to all its members to actively participate in the committee’s 2026 agenda. We believe that collaboration and the experience of each organization will allow us to generate high-value opportunities, aimed at boosting the development of human capital in Chile and its future projections.
