Last night we enjoyed a very special day with the UK national track cycling team, who recently participated in the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Santiago, Chile.
The event, organized by the British Embassy in Chile, the Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce, and the GREAT campaign, also served as the official launch of the new Sustainable Transport category of the RIGS Awards (Recognition in Innovation and Sustainability Management), organized by BritCham Chile.
The gathering included welcoming remarks from HMA Louise De Sousa, UK Ambassador to Chile, and featured presentations by Stephen Park, CBE, Performance Director of the British Cycling Federation; Arturo Errázuriz, President of RIGS; and Miguel Ángel Mujica, President of the Chilean Olympic Committee and Vice President of the Chilean National Cycling Federation.
A valuable opportunity to connect with top British athletes and enjoy camaraderie with partners, friends, and representatives of British cycling brands present in Chile.
