CBA’s International Business Program: Business leaders gather in Cambridge for a transformative experience

October 2 ,2025

The Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce congratulates our partner, the Cambridge Business Association (CBA), on the successful delivery of the latest edition of the International Business Program (IBP). This initiative brought together business leaders from across Ibero-America in the United Kingdom, specifically in Cambridge and Silicon Valley, globally recognized as the epicenter of innovation and technology.

For a week, participants experienced an intense program of learning, business leadership, and global networking, featuring prominent international speakers and collaborative activities designed to strengthen the Ibero-American business community.

IBP 2025 included masterclasses led by leading experts, such as Alessandro Laurano, who invited participants to reflect on the role of leadership in community building; Davide Sola, who offered a fresh perspective on business strategy; and Ollie Phillips, who highlighted resilience, teamwork, and discipline as key pillars of business.

The experience also incorporated dynamics such as Needs & Leads, which allowed each participant to share their challenges and offer their strengths, creating an authentic space for collaboration and joint development of solutions.

The program culminated with a day dedicated to major future topics, such as sustainability, innovation for the future, and challenges beyond artificial intelligence, consolidating CBA’s vision of offering a platform for exchange and growth that transcends borders.

At BritCham Chile, we celebrate this initiative by our partner, the Cambridge Business Association, which promotes the training of business leaders on a global stage and reaffirms the importance of international cooperation to drive innovation and sustainability in Latin America.
