TOURNAMENT RULES:
In a Scramble format, all team members tee off. The best shot is selected, and all players pick up their balls and hit their next shot from that spot. This process continues until one of the players holes the ball.
The selected ball can belong to any of the four players. Each team must use at least four drives from each team member.
Team handicap will be calculated as 15% of the total sum of the players’ individual handicaps.
Ties will be resolved by comparing the last 9 holes, then the last 6, last 3, and finally the last hole played.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Beverages and snacks will be offered upon arrival at the course (12:00 PM), during the 9th hole, and at the awards cocktail at 7:00 PM.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The Chilean British Chamber of Commerce will be responsible for organizing the Tournament.
Individual players will be assigned to teams by the Head Caddie, who will strive to ensure fair team compositions based on handicaps.
Players must arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in and walk to their designated starting hole.
Teams must do their best to avoid slow play throughout the round. For instance, do not spend time searching for lost balls. Play from the team’s best shot according to the scramble rules. The goal is to keep the pace of play steady so that no one is left waiting too long between shots.
