The British-Chilean Chamber of Commerce (BritCham Chile) invites its members to participate in the event “AI at Work and its Impact on Human Resources,” an event that seeks to analyze the transformations that artificial intelligence is generating in the workplace. The event will take place on Tuesday, August 14th at 9:00 a.m., at the PwC Chile offices, located at Av. Andrés Bello 2711, 1st Floor, Torre de la Costanera, Las Condes.

The event will feature a presentation by Roberto Guldenaar, Senior Manager of Digital and Artificial Intelligence for the Technology team at PwC Chile, who will discuss how AI is changing employment, productivity, job retraining, and organizational culture. He will also present case studies and tools already being implemented in various organizations.

This activity responds to the need to create opportunities for analysis and updating in the face of the profound changes facing the world of work, particularly in the area of Human Resources, where artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly important role in decision-making, process automation, and talent development.
