BritCham Chile will address the Data Protection Act and its impact on Human Resources.

Santiago, October 2025. The British-Chilean Chamber of Commerce (BritCham Chile), through its Human Capital Committee, will hold an event for its members to analyze the challenges and opportunities presented by the new Data Protection Law in the field of Human Resources.

The event will feature Ignacia López and Carolina Flisfisch, partners at Cariola Díez Pérez – Cotapos, who will share their experience and vision regarding the application of the regulations in labor and organizational management.

The event will take place on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the offices of Cariola Díez Pérez – Cotapos (Av. Andrés Bello 2711, 24th Floor, Torre Costanera, Las Condes).
