Sharing best practices to transform people management

The Human Capital Committee of BritCham Chile held another event with Inchcape Chile, providing an opportunity to learn about their experiences, programs, and initiatives in people management, inclusion, and sustainability.

This past Tuesday, August 25, the Human Capital Committee of the Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce held another event at the offices of its partner, Inchcape Chile, continuing its series of meetings focused on exchanging experiences and best practices in people management.

Entitled “Sharing Experiences to Grow, Participate, and Belong: Inchcape’s Best Practices in Human Resources,” the event was the seventh organized by the Committee this year and offered a firsthand look at Inchcape’s experience in the field of human capital.

During the event, Luis Garza González, People Director for the Southern Cone at Inchcape Americas, and Laura Eliana Jil Garay, Sustainability Manager at Inchcape Americas, shared the company’s vision for people management, along with key programs and initiatives the organization develops to promote employee development, inclusion, and sustainability.

The event also provided an opportunity to learn how these initiatives are integrated into Inchcape’s strategy and contribute to creating spaces for participation, development, and a sense of belonging within the organization.

The activity brought together representatives from BritCham Chile member companies, creating a space for conversation and collaborative learning around current challenges and best practices that organizations are implementing in the area of ​​human capital.

BritCham Chile thanks Inchcape Chile for hosting our members and sharing their experience, reaffirming the importance of creating opportunities to learn about specific cases, exchange lessons, and strengthen people management.

BritCham Chile’s Human Capital Committee will continue to develop activities that promote dialogue and collaboration among its members, highlighting experiences and best practices that contribute to building better organizations.
