By resolution of the Board of Directors, members are hereby convened for the second time to an Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 July 2025, from 09:00 to 09:45, to be held at the Deloitte offices located at Rosario Norte 407, Las Condes, to address the following matters:

Amendment of the bylaws to align with the provisions of Decree Law 2757 establishing regulations on Trade Associations.
The proposed new bylaws have been available for member review since 9 June at the Association’s offices or on the website www.britcham.cl. This meeting is necessary to provide an explanation of the main differences from the current bylaws.

Members listed in the Member Register five days prior to the Meeting date shall be entitled to participate in the aforementioned Meeting. According to the bylaws, the meeting shall be constituted on second convocation with the attendance of members present.
