The Human Capital Committee of BritCham Chile invites you to participate in a new session analyzing and updating the main legal challenges facing human resources departments today.

The event will feature the participation of Fernando Arab, partner at Arab Abogados and former Undersecretary of Labor for the Government of Chile, who will address the main opportunities and challenges of human capital from a legal perspective, as well as review the most relevant regulations currently impacting people management in organizations.
