March 19, 2026
As part of its 2026 agenda, BritCham’s Human Capital Committee will host the event “Outplacement and Training in the Age of AI,” which will analyze how technological transformation is redefining recruitment, employability, and talent development processes in organizations.
The session will take place on Thursday, March 19, at 9:00 a.m. at BritCham’s offices, and will feature Hernán Bezamat and Carolina Hörmann, directors of O4 Outplacement.
During the meeting, the main challenges companies face today in a context marked by the acceleration of artificial intelligence will be addressed, as well as the existing gaps between recent graduates and the skills currently demanded by corporations. The new approaches to training and retraining needed to strengthen employability and respond to a constantly evolving market will also be analyzed.
This activity is part of the Human Capital Committee’s ongoing work to create spaces for reflection and strategic dialogue among members, promoting the exchange of best practices and the analysis of trends that directly impact the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations.
