On June 18th, the BritCham Chile Human Capital Committee held its planning meeting, where members reviewed the main activities carried out during the first half of the year and defined the roadmap for the next period.
During the meeting, a summary of the initiatives implemented to date was presented, highlighting the sessions on Outplacement and Training in the Age of AI, the presentation of the Human Resources Trends Report results, and the activity focused on Women’s Leadership. These topics generated valuable learning opportunities, exchange of experiences, and reflection among the participants.
The Committee members also worked on planning the activities that will form part of the future agenda, confirming a series of topics of high interest to organizations and professionals involved in human resource management.
Among the planned activities are sessions on the Legal Framework in Human Resources, Gaps between Recent Graduates and Companies, Best Labor Practices from the United Kingdom, Challenges of Diversity and Inclusion, and the Personal Data Protection Law, among other initiatives aimed at addressing the challenges and trends impacting the world of work.
Through this committee, BritCham Chile continues to promote spaces for dialogue, professional development, and collaboration among its members, contributing to the strengthening of best practices in human capital management and the exchange of experiences among organizations from diverse sectors.
