8th Women Leaders Summit 2026
Female Leadership, Sustainability, and the Challenges Transforming the Future

The 8th Women Leaders Summit is an event organized jointly by the Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce, the Chilean-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, the Chilean-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the Franco-Chilean Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Chile. It brings together businesswomen, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals to reflect on, connect with, and share experiences regarding the current challenges of female leadership.

This new edition will be a forum for conversation and inspiration on the issues that are redefining the role of women in decision-making spaces, addressing challenges such as the Care Economy, burnout, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and the importance of promoting more inclusive, conscious, and future-ready leadership.

During the event, two panel discussions will delve deeper into these topics:

Supporting the Supporters: The Real Cost of the Care Economy and Gender Burnout
A space for reflection on the challenges women face in balancing their professional and personal responsibilities, highlighting the impact of the care economy and the need to move towards more equitable and sustainable organizations.

Regenerative Leadership: Sustainability and AI on the C-Suite Women’s Agenda
A conversation about the role of women leaders in building a sustainable future, exploring how innovation, artificial intelligence, and new leadership models can drive positive transformation in organizations.

The Women Leaders Summit seeks to create a space for women and men committed to equal opportunities to meet, fostering dialogue on new ways of leading and building more sustainable professional environments.
