Last Thursday, the Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce held another session of its Human Capital Committee, where the main threats and risks directly impacting the human capital agenda in organizations were addressed.
During the event, key topics such as the speed of business transformation, the need to adapt to technological advancements—including artificial intelligence—and the factors currently hindering organizational performance were analyzed.
The session featured a keynote presentation by Cristian Blanchard, Human Capital Director at PwC, who delved into the current challenges of talent management and provided a strategic perspective on how organizations can face this changing landscape.
The session also provided a valuable space for reflection and the exchange of experiences among participants, strengthening the dialogue around the present and future challenges of the world of work.
The Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce thanks all those who participated in this event, which undoubtedly contributes to a better understanding of the current context and anticipating the changes that will continue to shape the future of work. We invite our members to participate in the next session of the Human Capital Committee, which will take place on May 14 and will address women’s leadership. This meeting will be led by Lilian Denham, Executive Director of REDEG.
