By resolution of the Board of Directors, a second call is hereby issued for an Extraordinary General Assembly of Members to be held on July 15, 2025, from 09:00 to 09:45 hrs, at the Deloitte offices located at Rosario Norte 407, Las Condes, in order to address the following matter:
Amendment of the bylaws to comply with the provisions established in Decree Law 2757, which sets forth regulations for Trade Associations.
The proposed new bylaws have been available for members’ review since June 9 at the Association’s offices or on the website www.britcham.cl. This assembly is necessary to explain the main differences between the proposed bylaws and the current version.
Only those members listed in the Membership Register at least five days prior to the date of the Assembly will be entitled to participate in the aforementioned meeting. According to the bylaws, the assembly will be validly held on second call with the members present.
Registrations are open until Monday, July 14, 2025, at 12:00 hrs.
