With strong participation from members and representatives of member companies, BritCham Chile held the third activity of the year for its Human Capital Committee, entitled “Women Who Connect, Lead, and Communicate.” This event aimed to promote reflection and the exchange of experiences regarding leadership in today’s world.
The session featured Lilian Denham, Executive Director of REDEG Consulting & Training, who led a presentation focused on key concepts related to female leadership, addressing its internal and external contexts, benefits and risks, as well as the subjective cultural challenges that still persist in various organizational settings.
During the event, the model driving change toward better leadership was also reviewed, along with the most relevant skills for leading in today’s environment, characterized by organizational transformation, adaptability, and effective communication.
The activity was led by Cristian Blanchard, president of the BritCham Chile Human Capital Committee, and Verónica Oquendo, vice president of the same committee, who emphasized the importance of continuing to create spaces for dialogue and collaborative learning among the Chamber’s members.
BritCham Chile extends its special thanks to Lilian Denham for her valuable participation and to all the members who took part in this enriching session.
The next Human Capital Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, January 18, and will focus on analyzing the progress made during the first half of the year in a closed session for its members.
